Refund policy

GardenCraftsmen supports returns and refunds for eligible products within the specified return period. Items must be returned in original unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly by us. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within several business days. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy rules.
