Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We proudly ship across the United States and Canada. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• United States (Domestic): Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Canada (International): Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.

Please note: Additional transit time may be required for remote regions or rural areas.

Shipping Rates & Heavy/Oversized Items

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Oversized/Overweight Items: Due to the nature of certain large gardening items and equipment, additional handling or shipping surcharges may apply at checkout or via follow-up confirmation.

• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations in the US or Canada may incur supplementary delivery fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Canada Orders)

GardenCraftsmen is not responsible for any customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, or clearance fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Address Accuracy & Delivery Success

Please double-check that your shipping address, email, and phone number are accurate during checkout. GardenCraftsmen is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delays & External Logistics

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, GardenCraftsmen cannot be held liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
